Chocolaty and Creamy Death By Chocolate Ice Cream

Death By Chocolate Ice cream is a mixture of chocolate flakes, fudge pieces, and a chocolate swirl blended with rich and dense ice cream for a taste that’s to die for. Brown Oddy Ecobake allows you to bake the chocolate fudge cake without greasing the mold and makes demolding a breeze.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 Cup sugar powder & 1/4 Cup fresh curd
  • 1/8 Cup oil & 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda & 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp coffee, 1/3 Cup milk & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and add the dry ingredients through a sieve. Mix everything together to form the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with Brown Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 163 degrees C.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it and cut it into small pieces. Roast the peanuts, peel the skin, and cut them into small pieces.
  • Prepare chocolate ganache by melting chopped dark chocolate and fresh cream. Take a cup and fill it with ice cream.
  • Add fudge cake pieces, chocolate ganache, and crushed peanuts to it. Your death by chocolate ice cream is ready!
