A quick, simple, and delectable breakfast and snack is an aloo masala sandwich. It is an extremely popular party food and a wonderful kid-friendly snack in Indian cafes and canteens. Utilize Oddy Ecobake, which fits nicely in baking pans and toasting pans, is food-safe, and is reusable to make aloo masala sandwiches without having to clean your pan.

Ingredients

 

  • Boiled potatoes-4 to 5
  • Onion -1 (medium)
  • Green chilli-2
  • Salt-to taste
  • Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • Black salt
  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Cheese slice and tomato sauce
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix chopped onions, chilies, salt, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and lemon juice with the mashed potatoes and combine well to make the filling for the sandwich.
  • Spread tomato sauce on slices of bread, fill with aloo masala and a cheese slice, and cover it with another slice of bread spread with aloo masala.
  • Line a pan with Oddy Ecobake, grease it with butter, and toast it on both sides until crisp. The crispy and delicious aloo masala sandwich is ready.
