New Year Celebration Cake

 

About the Recipe

Making a chocolate cake from a premix and decorating it in an artistic manner will add personal touches to your celebrations. This cake was created to celebrate the New Year. By lining the baking pan with Oddy Ecobake, which is practical and secure to use in an oven because it is food-safe, reusable, and non-stick, the cake was baked flawlessly smooth and demolding was made simple.

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cake premix-180 g or 1.5 cups & Oil-1.5 tbsp
  • Water & Chocolate ganache
  • Blue gel food colour & Green gel food colour
  • Whipping cream & Star-shaped nozzle
  • Pink gel food colour & Yellow gel food colour
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix cake premix with oil and water gradually to make a smooth batter. Line a 6-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter into it, spread it out, and tap it well.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Cool completely and demould. Cream coat the cake with chocolate ganache and spread it uniformly.
  • Make a pattern on the top using a silicon brush. Mark a bottle pattern on the cake and decorate it with blue cream filled in a piping bag.
  • Make patterns inside the bottle with green cream filled in a piping bag. Decorate with cream as shown. Fill the cream in a piping bag and decorate the cake with a star-shaped nozzle.
  • Also decorate with pink cream, as shown. Write "happy New Year" using cream. Make designs using yellow cream. Decorate the bottom with pink cream as shown. The delicious and colorful New Year's cake is ready.
