New Year Theme Cake

Everybody has a favourite New Year’s custom that they eagerly anticipate every December. Some of us will do that by hosting a great New Year’s Eve party for all of our friends. By lining the baking pan with Oddy Ecobake, which is very practical and meets all of your baking and cooking needs because it is food-safe, non-sticky, and heat-resistant, you can make this lovely New Year’s cake from premix and bake it properly.

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cake premix-180 g & Oil-1.5 tbsp
  • Water & Whipping cream
  • Cherry fruit filling & Dark chocolate-50 g
  • Orange gel food colour & Star-shaped nozzle & Pink gel food colour
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix together the chocolate cake premix with oil and water gradually to make the smooth cake batter.
  • Line a 6-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter to it, spread it out, and tap it well. Bake the cake for 25–30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Cool completely and demould. Spread cream on the cake board, place a layer of cake moistened with sugar syrup, spread whipping cream on it, spread cheery filling on it, and repeat the process for other layers too.
  • Frost the cake with whipping cream, smooth it, and create a pattern using a cake comb on the top. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it into a bowl. Cut Oddy Ecobake into the required size and create the chocolate net as shown.
  • Decorate with orange cream on top and bottom using a star nozzle. Write "Happy New Year" using cream as shown. Decorate with rosettes as shown. Decorate with green cream as petals. The attractive and delicious cake is ready.
