Delectable Doraemon cake

Every child’s favourite character is Doraemon. And their excitement knows no bounds if the cake has a Doraemon. Create this top-forward Doraemon cake as a theme cake or for your kids’ birthdays. Whipping cream is used to garnish the chocolate cake, which is produced from a premix. Oddy Ecobake Non-Stick Liners, which are the ideal fit for your 7-inch cake pan, ensured that the cake was perfectly baked and that demolding was simple. It is not sticky, non-toxic, and is simple to clean.

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cake premix-3 cups & Oil-3 tbsp
  • Water & Whipping cream-700 ml
  • Dark chocolate-80 g & Cake dowels
  • Black gel food colour & Red gel food colour
  • Yellow gel food colour & Small Star-shaped nozzle
  • Oddy Ecobake Non-Stick Liners

Directions

 

  • Mix together the chocolate cake premix with oil and water gradually to make the smooth cake batter. Line a 7-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake Non-Stick Liners.
  • Transfer the batter to it, spread it, and tap it well. Cover and bake the cake for 40–45 minutes on a preheated kadai. Cool completely and demould.
  • Beat the whipping cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form. Melt the dark chocolate with the cream to make chocolate ganache. Frost the cake with cream and smooth it out.
  • Cut a portion of cake as shown and tilt it as shown. Frost with cream, insert cake dowels to give support to the cake, and make the outline of Doraemon using a toothpick.
  • Decorate with chocolate cream filled in a piping bag. Mix red gel food colouring and decorate the nose as shown using a small star-shaped nozzle.
  • Decorate with blue cream as shown. Decorate with whipping cream as shown. Place a half chocolate and decorate with yellow cream. The cute Doraemon cake is ready to be cut.
