Soft Vanilla Loaf Cake

 

About the Recipe

With just four ingredients—eggs, wheat flour, vanilla extract, and sugar—this recipe demonstrates how to produce an easy but delectable vanilla sponge cake. Even though the cake is baked in a deep, preheated vessel, Oddy Ecobake, which is non-sticky, non-toxic, heat-resistant, and reusable, keeps the cake absolutely moist and tender.

Ingredients

 

  • Eggs-3
  • Wheat flour-3/4 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Sift the wheat flour and place it in a bowl. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add sugar gradually to it and mix.
  • Add in vanilla essence to it and mix well. Also add the sifted wheat flour to it and mix using the cut and fold method to make a smooth ribbon consistency batter.
  • Line a bread loaf pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter into it, spread it out, and tap it well.
  • Preheat a deep-bottomed vessel for 10 minutes. Place the bread loaf pan inside it, cover, and bake the cake for 30–35 minutes, placing some weight on the lid.
  • Cool completely, unmold, and cut it into slices after 35 minutes. The spongy vanilla cake is ready.
