Crispy Ragi Chilla

About the Recipe

Do try this ragi chilla for your breakfast or as a snack. We are going to add cleaned and soaked poha to make it crispy. Oddy Ecobake helps you flatten the ragi poha dough effortlessly to make the chillas. There is no need to grease your hands with oil before flattening them.

Ingredients

 

  • Poha - 1/2 cup & Ragi flour - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 & Green chilli - 1
  • Carrot - 1 & Oddy Ecobake
  • Salt and water as needed

Directions

 

  • Wash and soak poha in water for 10 minutes. Remove excess water and mash it well with your hands.
  • Add ragi flour to poha along with chopped onions, grated carrots, green chillies, and salt. Mix them well with water to prepare a soft dough.
  • Take a small portion of dough and flatten it on the Oddy Ecobake with your hands. Place it on a tawa and cook it on both sides with oil. Your ragi chill is ready!
