Vanilla Cake is a classic and you make this easy cake recipe at the comfort of your home. I have skipped adding eggs to the cake, if you wish you can add it with the wet ingredients and whisk before adding dry ingredients. Use Oddy Ecobake to help in easy demolding of the cake.

Ingredients

Oddy Ecobake
Curd ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Maida 1 ½ cup
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk ½ cup

Directions

In bowl add curd, sugar, vanilla extract, oil and whisk well.
Sieve maida, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder, milk and whisk nicely to form a smoot batter without any lumps.
Line a baking tin with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake helps in easy baking and demolding of the cake. Pour the cake batter into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.
Demold once cooled. Cut and enjoy the vanilla cake with tea during snack time.
