Festive Cheese Cake Without Cream Cheese

About the Recipe

This is not going to be your regular cheesecake recipe with cream cheese frosting. But this is a festive special cheesecake made with condensed milk and laddoos. Oddy Ecobake helps to get the perfect cake shape without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterward.

Ingredients

 

  • Marie Biscuits - 5 & Motichur Laddu - 5
  • Gulab Jamun & Paneer - 150 gm
  • Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup & Cream - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped pistachios & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a mixer jar, finely grind the biscuits. Combine it thoroughly with the crushed motichoor laddu.
  • Place the Oddy EcoBake in a 6" cake pan, followed by the laddu and biscuit mixture.
  • Store it in the refrigerator. Add Gulab Jamun. paneer, powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup flour.
  • Grind them thoroughly and add them to the batter. Preheat an oven at 170 °C for 8 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow it to come to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
  • Garnish the cake with motichur laddu and chopped pistachios. Enjoy a slice of Gulab Jamun cake.
