Eggless Tutti-Frutti Cake

About the Recipe

One of the most popular cakes in Indian bakeries is tutti-frutti cake. Each slice is laden with tutti-frutti in every mouthful and is created with wheat, ghee, and sugar. The cake is baked to perfection and has a deep, buttery flavor and light crumb. This recipe demonstrates how to produce something fluffy and soft without using eggs. By coating the loaf pan with Oddy Ecobake, which supplies the required greasing to bake a smooth cake that glides off the pan easily, the cake is baked perfectly spongy.
