About the Recipe
Aamras is a sweet made using mango pulp. It is a must in every Indian household in summers. In this thali recipe, we make aamras and lot more things. For packing chapatis, we used Oddy Uniwraps.

Ingredients
- Sandga (which is made from chana dal and matki dal and in summer, we make it for full year)
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Mustard seeds and jeera
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi or turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp Kanda lehsun masala
- Coriander leaves
- Salt for taste
- Mangoes
Directions
- Take 1 cup of sandga in a kadhai and heat it lightly on medium flame. Now add oil. Once it turns red, turn off the flame.
- In the same kadhai, add some oil, mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves. Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and one finely chopped onion. Cook it for some time.
- Add all the spices now and some fresh coriander. In the same kadhai, add already prepared sandga and mix it well.
- Add water as per requirement and salt. Sukhi bhaji is ready.
- For aamras, soak mangoes in water for about 30 minutes or so. Take one mango, press it from all sides until it turns soft.
- Remove the eye of the mango and collect its pulp in a bowl. Do this for all mangoes.
- For chapatis, prepare the dough and cook them one by one. Pack your chapatis in Oddy Uniwraps paper foil!
