Healthy mixed vegetables paratha

About the Recipe

Mix paratha recipes are very frequent made in Indian house, and most of the time is a quick and easy meal for lunch boxes. it is less messy and easy to package and moreover does not require any extra side dish for it. This recipe of mix veg paratha recipe is very unique.

Ingredients

 

  • Take 3 cups of mix flour
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup cabbage, 1 capsicum, 1 potato, 4 green chillies chopped, 1 onion, & 1 carrot.
  • 1 pinch cilantro powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoons Ova
  • 1 tablespoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric & 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

 

  • Firstly, in a large bowl take 2½ cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil. mix well and make a dough.
  • Add all the finely chopped vegetables, 1/2 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 turmeric mix well and make a dough.
  • Keep it a side covered with a lead and rest it for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Take an Ecobake sheet cut into 2 square sheets.
  • Take one piece of ball in the middle of the sheet to avoid stickiness and add some sprinkle of flour and roll sightly and make a thick layer of veggie paratha.
  • Take a tawa and pre heat and toast them both the sides on low flame until slightly brown spot appears. Dizzle some oil.
  • Keep it in a Box and cover it until you serve. Enjoy the vegetable paratha with curd or chutney.
