Almond Caramel Kulfi Icecream Bites Without Cream

Try this almond caramel kulfi ice cream with just a handful of ingredients. It is a delicious, creamy ice cream made without condensed milk, fresh cream, or whipped cream. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your ice cream base and also makes it easy to demould the ice cream.

Ingredients

 

  • 450 ml milk & 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp corn flour & 50 ml milk
  • 2 Tbsp sugar& 4 Pieces cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp milk powder & Chopped almonds

Directions

 

  • Boil milk in a vessel and add sugar to it. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Mix corn flour and milk in a small cup and add it to the boiling milk. Let everything mix well and slightly thicken the milk.
  • Meanwhile, prepare caramel by melting sugar in a pan until it caramelizes. Add this caramel to the milk mixture and let it thicken. Switch off the stove, transfer the mixture to a mixer jar.
  • Add cardamom powder and milk powder to the mixture, and grind everything together to form the icecream base. Take a freezing container, line it with Ecobake cooking paper, and transfer the icecream base into it.
  • Garnish the ice cream base with chopped almonds. Cover the freezing container with a piece of Ecobake cooking paper and keep it intact with rubber bands on both ends.
  • Freeze the container overnight or for 8 to 12 hours. After 8 to 12 hours, take the container outside and demould the icecream. Cut the ice cream into small bites as shown. Garnish the icecream with chopped almonds and enjoy.
