Unique Sugar Decoration for cake and other occasions. Very easy to make, with just two ingredients. To make the structure, try Brown Oddy Ecobake Dhokla to make the sugar decoration structure. The paper is nonsticky, grease-proof, and hassle-free to separate the design from the paper.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup regular sugar
- Toothpick & crushed rock sugar.
- silver spray colour, golden spray colour, pink spray colour
- Evaporator (lemon juice alternative)
- Battery light (optional)
Directions
- Take 1/4 cup regular sugar and melt it in a pan on a medium flame. Melt it completely into a liquid form. Keep on string, so that the sugar does not get burnt or sticks to the base of the pan.
- Next cut out nice square base of Brown Oddy Ecobake to prepare the design. The paper is non sticky and grease proof and helps in easy preparation and removal.
- With the help of a toothpick, draw and mark a heart shaped design. The shape is optional. You can draw square, circle, or any other design.
- Now pour the melted sugar on the heart drawn on brown paper. Next take crushed rock sugar and place and stick in on the melted sugar liquid. The melted sugar will crystalize, then place a long toothpick at the base, to give it a handle like grip to hold.
- Do two to three rounds of poring melted sugar and crushed rock. sugar. Now it will turn hard then remove from the paper. Next take silver spray colour, add evaporator and mix. (lemon juice is alternative) and paint the inner shape of the decoration.
- Next take golden spray color, and paint the outer side of the sugar structure. Lastly take pink spray colour and paint the top part of the sugar structure. Now to enhance the look, place a battery lighting around the sugar structure.
