A rapid and delicious cake called pineapple pastry is baked with flour and topped with cream and pineapple jelly. By using the non-stick, eco-friendly, and reusable Oddy Ecobake to line your baking pan, you may bake the cake soft, moist, and delightfully.

Ingredients

 

  • Pineapple jelly & All-purpose flour & Baking soda
  • Baking powder & Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla essence & Pineapple Jelly
  • Cold milk & Oil
  • Whipping cream& Pineapple pieces
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Make the pineapple jelly as mentioned on the package.
  • Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, mix with the powdered sugar, and add the vanilla essence, oil, milk, and pineapple jelly to it.
  • Mix well to form a smooth batter. Line a baking tray with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake, unmold it, and remove Oddy Ecobake. Spread whipping cream, a few pineapple pieces, and pineapple jelly.
  • Frost it with cream. Decorate with pineapple jelly, cherries, and jam. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
