Try this Pineapple cream cake if you are craving for a fruit cake. Make with adding pineapple essence and a simple pineapple glaze, you can make this delicious cake easily at home. Baking a cake in a pan is much easier and I will show you how. Oddy Ecobake makes baking cake a hassle-free process.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup= 250 ml, cake Tin= 6 Inches
- Sponge: 1/3 Cup sugar,3 Tbsp oil,3/4 Cup butter milk,3/4 Cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 Tsp baking powder,1/4 Tsp baking soda
- Pineapple glaze: 1 cup peeled pineapple,3 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp corn flour,1/2 cup water, 1 drop yellow colour
- Frosting: 1 Cup whip cream,1/4 Tsp pineapple essence, pineapple Sugar syrup,1/4 Cup water,1 Tbsp salt, 2 Tbsp pineapple glaze
- Assembling cake: 3 Sliced sponge layers, pineapple Sugar syrup, Pineapple frosting, Fresh sliced pineapple, cherry, white and Different shades of yellow pineapple frosting

Directions
- In a bowl add sugar, oil, butter milk, pineapple essence, whisk until sugar dissolves. Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, whisk and mix. Make a lump free batter.
- Line the baking tin with Oddy Ecobake. Skip greasing as Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof. Pour the cake batter into mold. Tap and spread uniformly. Cover lid and preheat the pan for 5 mins. Remove lid after 5 mins. Keep the baking tin, cover and bake at low flame for 35 mins. Cool completely after baking.
- In a mixer add peeled pineapple. Grind and make a puree. Strain to get fine puree consistency. Add sugar, corn flour, water and mix well. Place on stove and cook at low flame. Cook until thickens and transparent. Add yellow color and mix well. Pineapple glaze is ready.
- In a bowl whip cream, whisk until stiff peak forms. Add pineapple essence and mix. Our pineapple frosting is ready. In a separate bowl add water, sugar and pineapple glaze. Pineapple sugar syrup is ready.
- Demold sponge. Trim upper layer. Slice sponge in three layers. Apply frosting on cake board. Apply pineapple sugar syrup. Add frosting and spread uniformly. Add pineapple slices. Place middle sponge layer and repeat the same process.
- Add top sponge layer, apply pineapple sugar syrup and add frosting. Apply frosting on sides. Wipe out extra cream. Pour pineapple glaze in piping bag. Decorate cake with pineapple glaze. Apply glaze on top. Spread uniformly.
- Decorate with white and different shades of yellow frosting. Garnish with cherry. Our Bakery Style Fresh Pineapple Cream Cake is ready.
