Ingredients

  • Cake premix – 360gm, Water – 1 cup & Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Sugar – 6 tbsp, Salted butter – 3 tbsp & Fresh cream – 4 tbsp
  • Chilled whipping cream – 2 cups & Sugar syrup
  • Dark pink food gel & Olive green food gel
  • Bazooka pink food gel & Golden sprinkle
  • ¼ tsp golden dust & oil drops & Pink food gel

Directions

  • Mix cake-premix, oil (4 tbsp), and water to make cake batter. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in a preheated vessel on a low flame.
  • Prepare caramel by melting sugar and mixing salted butter and fresh cream. Take chilled whipping cream and beat it until stiff peaks are formed. Divide the cake into three equal parts once it is baked and cooled.
  • Place the first layer of the cake on the table and soak it with sugar syrup. Apply and spread the cream. Apply the prepared caramel and spread uniformly. Repeat the same steps by placing the second and third layers.
  • Add dark pink food gel to the whipping cream to make a pink cream. Make roses in the middle of the cake with a star-shaped nozzle using pink cream. Make green leaves using olive green cream besides the roses.
  • Apply and spread Bazooka pink cream on the top and bottom of the cake using a spatula. Make a swirl pattern using a cake comb. Make roses on the top of the cake using a rose petal nozzle.
  • Mix golden dust and oil drops and make a border below the roses. Garnish the centre roses with a golden sprinkle and your beautiful cake is ready.
