Blueberry 3 number monochrome cake decoration

About the Recipe

Try this 3 number cake decoration. We need white chocolate ganache and blueberry crush for this cake. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without greasing the cake mould, and there is no need for cleaning afterwards

Ingredients

 

  • 1000 gms sponge cake made with premix
  • 16-inch cake board
  • 3 cups Whipped cream
  • Blueberry crush
  • White chocolate ganache
  • 8-inch mould cake

Directions

 

  • Make sponge cake with 1000 gms premix. Use Oddy Ecobake cooking paper to mould the cake tin for baking. Ecobake is non-sticky and helps to remove the cake from the mould easily. Cut the cake as shown in image. And cut it into the shape of number 3 following the video above.
  • Take a 16-inch cake board and place one layer of cake. Add whipped cream and blueberry crush. Bled well and coat the layer properly. Add second layer and repeat step 2. Do the same for the top layer as well. Add more whipped cream and coat on the sides and top of the cake evenly. Crum coat the cake and refrigerate.
  • Remove the cake and coat with white chocolate ganache. Now add the fondant on top layer of the cake. Start decorating the cake with gems as shown.
  • Use grass nozzle and decorate the gaps between gems. Our blueberry monochrome cake is ready.
