If you love bubblegum flavor you are sure to try out this cake. An easy and light cake which is obviously going to give you great taste and comfort. Kids are surely gonna love it. Use Oddy Ecobake for easy demolding of the cake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate premix
- ½ cup water
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 4-inch cake tin
- Oddy Ecobake
- 150 grm white chocolate
- Golden sugar balls
Directions
- In a bowl add chocolate premix, oil and water to make cake batter. In a 4-inch baking tin, cover the base and sides with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake helps in easy demolding of the cake. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins.
- Take melted white chocolate and pour it on bubble mold. Remove the excess and refrigerate for 10 mins. Once the bubbles are set demold it. Take a hot tin and take two halves of bubbles and place it on hot tin and fix to form a bubble.
- Take golden dust and color the balls. Now add milk in the melted white chocolate bowl and mix well to make ganache. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 mins. After our ganache is set add whipping cream and bubble-gum essence and mix well. And set in refrigerator for 10 mins.
- Demold our cake and cut it into 4 layers. Fill the piping bag with half of whipping cream ganache. In the remaining whipping cream and pink food color and mix well. Add this to other half of the pipping bag.
- For assembling the cake, take the first layer and soak with water. Add whipping cream in spiral design, and repeat the process for the other layers as well.
- Add the last layer, soak with water and whipping cream then crumb coat the cake. Keep the cake in refrigerator for 30 mins. Give effects with pink color with the help of palette knife.
