Quick, budget-friendly chocolate cake is easy and requires very less ingredients. Try this cake this festive season. Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles to line the cake tin. It is eco-friendly, greaseproof, and heat-resistant.

Ingredients
- 180 gm chocolate premix, 90 gm water
- Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles
- 100 gm whipped cream, chocolate ganache,
- Belgium chocolate essence, pink gel color
- triangle card scrapper, colored sugar balls
Directions
- In a bowl, take chocolate premix and water. Mix well for a smooth cake batter. Line cake tin with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles.
- Pour the batter and tap the tin. Bake it at 180 degree for 30-35 mins. Once done, allow it to cool. Cut the cake into three layers.
- Place one layer, coat it with water and add whipped cream, chocolate ganache and Belgium chocolate essence. Mix it well and prepare a even layer.
- Spread another layer of chocolate ganache. Repeat the steps till remaining cake layers is done. Complete it with crumb coating.
- For frosting add a drop pink gel color and then do the frosting with pink whipped cream. Smoothen the sides and top of the cake.
- With a triangle card scrapper, make a circle pattern on the sides. Pour chocolate ganache on the cake and with a palette knife spread it. It will give a drip effect.
- Now add the chocolate ganashe in a piping bag and make some horizontal and vertical lines on the cake as shown in video.
- Make roses and border design at the base of the cake with star nozzle. Sprinkle some colored sugar balls for decoration. Chocolate cake is ready.
