About the Recipe

One of the most well-known ice cream recipes. The base of the recipe is vanilla-flavored milk cream solid with a thick chocolate coating.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cashew
  • 1.5 Tbsp corn flour
  • Milk
  • Melted chocolate

Directions

  • Boil milk through continuous stirring and add cashew nuts to it.
  • Add corn flour,milk and mix well.
  • Add it to boiled milk.
  • Stir & let it get thick, cool it completely.
  • Using Oddy Ecobake make cones and place them on glasses filled with rice.
  • Pour the base into the cones, insert wooden sticks after 2hours of freezing.
  • Dip that freeze cone into melted chocolate and chopped cashews.
  • Chocobar is ready to serve now.
