This chocolate banana cake is a delightful cake recipe that can be made with a handful of ingredients. You can bake this cake in a pan without any hassle. Oddy Ecobake allows you to easily demold the cake without having to grease the pan.

Ingredients

3 Pieces Banana & 1/3 Cup sugar
3 Tbsp oil & 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp cocoa powder & 3/4 Cup milk
1 Packet Eno & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Grind bananas, sugar, and oil in a mixer jar to make a paste. Transfer it to a bowl and sieve the dry ingredients into the bowl. Mix everything together with milk to prepare the cake batter.
Line a pan with Oddy Ecobake. Arrange a few chopped banana pieces on the Oddy Ecobake. Pour the chocolate cake batter over the chopped bananas.
Spread it uniformly on the pan. Bake the cake for 25 minutes by keeping the pan on a preheated tawa. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into small pieces and enjoy.
