Chocolate Burfi

Chocolate burfi recipe is one of the easy and quick sweets that you can make in just 10 mins. This requires no cooking and can be made in 10 minutes and is very delicious. Try this festival special sweet at your home now.

Ingredients

 

  • 5 Tiger biscuit packets
  • 4 tbsp sugar powder
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • Chopped nuts
  • 6-7 tbsp malai
  • Ghee (optional)

Directions

 

  • Take a cake tin and layer it with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper.
  • Take 5 small tiger biscuit packets. Grind them in a mixer into a fine powder.
  • Take the powder in a bowl, and add 4 tbsp sugar powder, 4 tbsp milk powder, 4 tbsp desiccated coconut and chopped almond, cashew and pista. And mix well.
  • Take 6-7 tbsp malai and add as required to the Dry ingredients and mix well. ( You can use milk / condensed milk instead of malai too) Then add ghee (optional)
  • Add the mixture in the cake tin and smoothen the top. Add chopped nuts on top of the burfi.
  • Refrigerate the burfi for 30-45 minutes. After refrigeration, cut into small pieces and enjoy.
