Chocolate Crinkle Brownie Cookies Without Egg and Oven

Chocolate cookies are everyone’s favourite and making it without eggs is a win-win for everybody who loves cookies. These cookies are made with a few ingredients and can be made in less than an hour. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and grease-proof, hence a perfect choice for baking.

Ingredients

 

  • Measuring cup size: 250 ml Measurement gives 10-12 cookies
  • 1//4 Cup milk
  • 1 Tsp vinegar
  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp soft butter
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take milk in a bowl add vinegar, stir and mix well. Let the milk curdle, rest it for 10 mins. Take a pan filled with hot water. Place a glass bowl over it and add dark chocolate, soft butter, stir and melt the chocolate.
  • Chocolate melts completely. In a separate bowl add brown sugar, add curdled milk and whisk until fully mixed. Add melted chocolate, whisk again. Whisk until fluffy texture.
  • Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sieve it. Mix well. Line a steaming plate with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof and eco-friendly, hence a perfect option for baking.
  • Scoop out and make smalls from our brownie mixture. Place on baking plate. Place a wire stand and pre-heat the pan for 5 mins. After 5 mins, place plate for baking.
  • Cover and bake at low flame for 15 mins. Remove lid after 15 mins. Check if it’s fully baked. Crunchy on top and soft at the bottom layer. Crinkle brownie cookie is ready.
