Do you love mangoes and chocolate then decide to make this cake which is a perfect combination of the two. The richest, moist chocolate sponge filled with sweet and citrusy mangoes.

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup sugar powder
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 Tsp vinegar
- 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Cup ripe mango
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Tsp corn flour
- 3/4 Cup whip cream
- chocolate circles
- white choco chips
Directions
- Line the baking tray with Brown Oddy Ecobake.
- Add sugar powder, oil and whisk it well.
- Stir milk and vinegar.
- Add it to the prepared buttermilk.
- To this add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda through a sieve and whisk & mix it well.
- Pour the batter onto the tray and bake at 170 degrees C for 35mins.
- Make mango puree, add sugar and corn flour mix, and cook it well.
- Whisk whip cream until fluffy and add mango puree.
- Slice the cake into three layers, and apply sugar syrup, and mango frostings. Add mango glaze on top.
- Garnish with chocolate circles, frostings & choco chips. Chocolate mango pastry is ready to serve.
