Chocolate Truffle Cake In A Pan

This is a decadent, mouth-melting chocolate cake. Anytime you need a cake quickly, give this a try; it will be ready immediately. For special events like birthdays or anniversaries, you can also prepare this cake. The Ecobake cooking paper circle helps you get the ideal cake shape without any additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • All purpose flour - 1+ 1/4 cups & Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup & Refined oil- 1/4 cup
  • Milk- 1/2 + 1/4 cup & Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4 tsp & Salt- 1/4 tsp, Vinegar- 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp & Golden balls for decoration
  • Chopped Dark compound Chocolate- 200 g
  • Amul fresh cream- 100 ml & 4-5 tbsp milk for soaking the cake

Directions

 

  • Sieve the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and add the wet ingredients one by one to prepare the cake batter. Once the batter is prepared, add vinegar and 1/4 cup of milk to the batter and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter into a pan lined with Ecobake cooking paper circles and tap the pan to break the air bubbles. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes, keeping it on a preheated tawa.
  • Preheat the tawa for 5 minutes on medium heat before placing the pan on it. Prepare chocolate ganache by mixing dark chocolate and cream in a mixing bowl using the double boiler method.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, pour and spread the ganache uniformly over the cake. Set the cake and ganache for 30 minutes by keeping them in the refrigerator.
  • Once the cake and ganache are set, decorate the cake by transferring the creamy ganache into a piping ball. Finally, garnish the cake with golden balls.
