Chocolate Wafers Roll

Next time if somebody asks you for wafer rolls, you can give them this homemade chocolate wafer rolls. Easy to make and delicious and crispy to eat. Ingredients

 

  • All-purpose flour 3/4th cup
  • Sugar powder ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4th tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add flour, sugar powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, sieve it together and add oil. Gradually add milk and wish nicely without forming any lumps. Our chocolate batter is ready.
  • In a non-stick tawa, set the temperature at low flame and once the tawa is warm switch of the gas. Pour 1 tbsp batter and spread uniformly to make a thin layer. Apply brush and spread a thin layer
  • Switch on flame at low temperature. Flip and cook for 30 seconds. Remove and roll with a chopstick as shown in video. Let it cool. Repeat the process to make more chocolate wafers.

  • Now fill the chocolate wafer with chocolate ganache and do it for all the wafers. Our chocolate wafers are ready to eat.
