Coconut Burfi Without Mawa or Milk Powder

One of the most popular sweet recipes is coconut burfi, especially in South India. Coconut burfi is typically made using fresh coconut. You may make your burfi using Oddy Ecobake without greasing the tray. Therefore, no additional cleanup is required.

Ingredients

 

  • Fresh Coconut - 2 & Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Milk - 500 ml & Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Sugar - 200 gm, Silver wark & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Chop and grind fresh coconut for a few seconds. Heat ghee in a pan and add coconut paste. Cook it on a low flame for 10–12 minutes. Boil the milk on medium heat.
  • Add cardamom powder and sugar to it. Stir it continuously, and add slightly roasted coconut. Mix it well. Set Oddy EcoBake on a tray. Transfer the coconut barfi mixture to the tray.
  • Spread it evenly. Apply edible silver vark on it. Refrigerate it for about 2–3 hours. Cut them carefully into small pieces. Your coconut burfi is ready!
