Coffee Caramel Pastry

Coffee Caramel Pastry is a unique and new flavor. It can be baked as a whole cake as well. Try this soft, smooth, and yummy recipe today. Before baking, line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake. It helps in the easy removal of cake and is grease proof, no need to oil the sides of the cake. It is healthy, heatproof, and reusuable.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup premix , 1/2 cup water, 1.5 tbsp regular oil,
  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder, few drops of coffee essence
  • Oddy Ecobake, 100 gm whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder, 1 tbsp homemade caramel sauce
  • traingle card scrapper, 1 tsp netrual gel, little water
  • 1 drop of brown liquid color, chocolate layers

Directions

 

  • In bowl, take 1 cup premix , 1/2 cup water, 1.5 tbsp regular oil, 1/2 tsp coffee powder, coffee essence. Mix all ingredients well.
  • Take a cake baking tin, line it with Oddy Ecobake. Pour the batter and tap it. Bake it at 180 degree for 20-25 mins.
  • Once done, cool it and cut into three layers. To prepare pastry filing, take whipped cream, add 1/2 tsp coffee powder and 1 tbsp homemade caramel sauce.
  • Mix it well. Soak the layer with water, add the cream filing and spread it evenly. Add a layer of caramel sauce and spread it evenly.
  • Now repeat the steps till all layers of cake are done. Now do a thin layer of crumb coating and frosting with same cream filing.
  • Even the sides and top well. With a traingle card scrapper, give the sides of cake a circle pattern. In a bowl take 1 tsp netrual gel, add little water to dilute it.
  • Add 1 tsp caramel sauce and 1 drop of brown liquid color. Mix it well for a liquid consistency. Pout this on the cake covering the sides as well.
  • Spread it with a palette knife gently without disturbing the aside design. Garnish it with chocolate layers. Cut it into pastry size.
