About the Recipe
Making cream roll at home is not difficult and that is exactly what I’m sharing in this recipe. Omitting margarine and egg, you can still make the crunchiest and most fluffy Cream roll. Use Oddy Ecobake makes baking our Cream roll an easy task, due to its non-sticky and grease-proof property.

Ingredients
- Makes 11-12 cream rolls
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 100 gm cold butter
- 1/2 Cup whip cream
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Take water in a cup and add salt. Stir and mix. In a dish take all-purpose flour, cold butter and mix with a spoon. Do not use hands for mixing as butter can get melted. Add prepared salt water, mix again with a spoon. Make a dough.
- Place the dough on plastic wrap. Cover the dough. Roll in a square shape. Refrigerate for 30 mins. After 30 mins remove wrap. Dust all-purpose flour. Roll and make a thick layer. Dust all-purpose flour.
- Fold on all sides. Roll and make a thick layer. Dust all-purpose flour and fold again. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins. Take an aluminium foil. Fold and roll. Wrap Oddy Ecobake and tuck both ends.
- Remove wrap from dough after 3o mins. Dust all-purpose flour. Roll and make a thin layer. Cut and keep aside for later use. Roll and make a thin layer. Cut small stripes. Wrap strips on mold.
- Line the baking plate with Oddy Ecobake and place on it. Brush milk on all sides. Cover and preheat for 5 mins. Plate the baking plate for baking. Cover lid and bake at low flame for first 20 mins, roll and bake for 10 mins. Remove lid after 30 mins. Once fully baked cool it completely.
- In a bowl take whipping cream, whisk until fluffy. Remove mold. Fill cream in rolls. Flaky and mouth melting, perfect cream rolls ready.
