Ingredients

 

  • Soya chunks 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2 medium
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chili 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying

Directions

 

  • Boil the soya chunks, squeeze the water and grind it coarsely. Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add boiled potatoes, add veggies of your choice.
  • Add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves. Mix everything well and shape them in pieces of your choices.
  • Fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden and crispy
