Ingredients

 

  • Moong dal
  • 2 Chillies
  • Hing
  • Jeera powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Black salt
  • Black pepper

Directions

 

  • Soak some Moong dal for 2 hours atleast. After 2 hours, put it in a mixer, add 2 chillies, hing and blend well.
  • Transfer the batter to the bowl and whisk well.
  • Then , heat some oil and make the batter into round balls and cook them well in high flame.
  • Place Oddy Uniwrap on a plate and place the cooked balls on it.
  • In a bowl, take some water and add some salt. Then add the cooked balls to it and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then drain the excess water out of each ball and keep aside.
  • Take some hung curd and pour it on the balls. Add some jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, black salt and black pepper. Enjoy the tasty Dahi bhalla.
