Delicious Veg Paneer Wrap Recipe

About the Recipe

Try this delicious and kid-friendly veg paneer wrap recipe. You need only a handful of ingredients to make this wrap, like paneer, cheese slice, and mint chutney, yet this can be so filling. Ecobake cooking paper helps with toasting the wrap in a sandwich maker without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Paneer & salt
  • Red chilli powder & black pepper powder
  • Green Chutney & Mayonisse
  • Capsicum, Corn & Cheese Slices

Directions

 

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add paneer, salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper powder to it and stir well. Transfer this paneer into a bowl and let it cool down.
  • Take a chapati, fold it into four parts. Make a cut in one quarter using a knife as shown. Fill with green chutney in the first quarter and fill with mayonnaise in the second quarter.
  • Add capsicum and corn to the mayonnaise. Fold this part of the wrap over and fill the next quarter with paneer pieces.
  • Fold this quarter and fill the last quarter with cheese slices. Take some Ecobake cooking paper and line a sandwich maker with it.
  • Place the veg paneer wraps on the Ecobake cooking paper and toast the wraps for 3 to 4 minutes. Then pack these wraps in the tiffin box using the same Ecobake cooking paper.
