Ingredients

 

  • Milk chocolate compound – 200 gm
  • Dry rose petals & Elaichi powder
  • Saffron strands & Chopped dry fruits
  • Beated whip cream & Vanilla cup cakes – 4 nos
  • Yellow food colour & Rasmalai – ¼ cup

Directions

 

  • Melt milk chocolate compound in a mixing bowl using the double boiler method. Add elaichi powder, saffron strands, chopped dry fruits, and yellow food colouring and mix well.
  • Prepare the icecream base by taking belated whip cream in a bowl and adding chopped dry fruits, elaichi powder, rasmalai, and vanilla cupcake pieces and mixing well.
  • Take a steel container, line it with Ecobake cooking paper, and apply chocolate milk on the sides of the container. Transfer the icecream base into the container and again apply chocolate milk on the top of the icecream base.
  • Freeze the container with icecream for 8 to 12 hours and demould it. Garnish it with dried rose petals. Cut the ice cream into pieces and enjoy.
