About the Recipe

Make this Domino’s style cheese burst pizza recipe in a pan. We don’t need an oven or yeast to make this cheese burst pizza. Lining the pan with brown ecobake helps in making the pizza without greasing oil or ghee. It also aids in baking the pizza without the bottom of the pizza getting burnt up.

Directions

  • Put the milk in a mixing bowl and add the lemon juice and stir well. Add maida, milk powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar to the milk and mix well. Add oil to the mixture and make a smooth dough.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes. Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Add maida to the butter and mix well. Pour milk into the pan and let it thicken. Add mozzarella cheese and a pinch of salt to the mixture to prepare for the cheese burst.

  • Cut the base into two halves, and add a cheese burst in the middle of the two halves. Apply schezwan sauce to the base and spread uniformly. Apply the cheese to the base and spread it uniformly.
  • Top it with boiled sweet corn, sliced capsicum, sliced tomato, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Place a piece of brown Ecobake cooking paper on the pan and keep the pizza on it. Cook the pizza for 5 to 7 minutes by closing the lid. Your pizza is ready to be served after that.
