About the Recipe
An ideal chocolatey snack recipe made with plain flour, sugar, and cocoa powder without an oven. it is an ideal dessert alternative recipe for those who do not have access to conventional ovens or cupcake moulds.

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Semolina (suji)
- 1/3 Cup sugar
- 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 Cup fresh curd
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp choco chips
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- Some choco chips and chopped almonds
Directions
- Take all ingredients to prepare batter.
- Pour approx. 2-3 cups water in steamer at bottom and heat it over medium flame.
- Make sure that steamer is at least 4-5 minutes heated before placing the plates (filled with batter) in it.
- Grease 2 small plates or thalis (4-5 inch diameter) using 1-teaspoon oil.
