Easy Burger Pizza

About the Recipe

Presenting a unique fusion recipe which uses burger buns to make a cheesy snack recipe. In this recipe, the burger bun is topped with pizza sauce, cheese and veggies and then baked using Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray until it is cooked. With Ecobake tray, there is no need to grease or clean afterwards.

Ingredients

Burger Buns - 2
Pizza Sauce - 4 tsp
Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
Mozzarella cheese
Veggies of your choice
Red paprika (optional)
Chilli flakes (for sprinkle)
Oregano (for sprinkle)
Butter - 1 tsp

Directions

Take 2 burger buns and divide into 2 parts. Apply pizza sauce & mayonnaise. Add mozzarella cheese, some veggies on top.
Cover it with some mozzarella cheese on top. Red paprika on top. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray to bake Burger buns with applying butter. It is perfect for cooking and baking without creating any mess.
