Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe With Three Ingredients

Who doesn’t like cake and especially when there is a special occasion taking place. Needless to say, cakes can bring joy to any party and event. However, sometimes baking a cake gets a little too complicated. But, here I bring you one of the easiest recipes to bake a cake with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

 

  • Bourbon Biscuits - 300 gm
  • 1 tablespoon Semolina (rava/sooji), optional
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Chopped Chocolate - 1 cup

Directions

 

  • Step 1: Pre-heat an iron pan for 7-10 minutes
  • Step 2: To make the cake, you need to take a 6-inch cake tin.
  • Step 3: Now, use the Oddy ecobake paper for the cake to easily slide out of the cake tin
  • Step 4: Take two packets of 150 gm Bourbon biscuits and separate the cream from the biscuits
  • Step 5: Now, grind the biscuits in a jar until they become in powder form. Transfer the powder to another jar.
  • Step 6: Now, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 cup of milk to the biscuit powder and mix it well
  • Step 7: Now, gradually add milk to the mixture to make the batter's consistency think
  • Step 8: Add one sachet of Eno to the batter, add 2 tbsp of milk in it and mix it well.
  • Step 9: Now transfer the cake batter to the cake tin and put the cake tin on the heated pan, and cover it with another container.
  • Step 10: Bake the cake for 35 minutes, and to check if the cake is properly baked or not, just insert a toothpick into it. If the toothpick comes clean, then the cake is completely ready.
  • Step 11: Take 150 gm of chopped dark chocolate and add 50 gm of milk to it. Now melt the chocolate on gas. Make the consistency of chocolate thick and put off the gas.
  • Step 12: Take the cake out of the tin and put it on a roast grill, and cut the top of the cake.
  • Step 13: Now, flip the cake and add the chocolate batter on it and even the chocolate batters on the sides.
  • Step 14: With the leftover chocolate batter mix it with chocolate biscuit cream and mix it well.
  • Step 15: Pour the chocolate cream batter into a piping bag with a triangle shape nozzle and decorate the cake with it.
