Easy Evening Snack Recipe With Poha

About the Recipe

Try this easy evening snack recipe without any oil. The main ingredients required to make this poha cutlet or poha vada is poha and potato. Ecobake helps in cooking the poha cutlets with zero oil and with no need for additional cleanup. Ecobake cooking paper is eco-friendly and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup poha, ½ water & curd – 1 tbsp
  • 1 potato, 2 green chillies & turmeric powder
  • 1 onion chopped & Coriander leaves
  • Chilli powder & Coriander powder
  • Ginger garlic paste & Garam masala

Directions

 

  • Soak one cup of poha and half a cup of water in a bowl. Mix boiled and mashed potatoes with the soaked poha.
  • Add green chillies, onion, ginger-garlic paste, curd, coriander leaves, and masala powders to the poha mixture and mix well to make the dough.
  • Take a small portion of the dough, make a round ball, and flatten it. Take Ecobake cooking paper and place it on a pan.
  • Cook 3 poha cutlets by placing them on Ecobake cooking paper and covering them with a lid without using any oil.
