Easy Mixed Fruit Cake Without Oven

Mixed fruit cake is a soft, light, moist, creamy cake filled with seasonal fruits. This is for those who are not that big on chocolate. This eggless fresh fruit cake is going to be a treat for them! Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without greasing the cake mould and there is no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Industrial Premix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Whip cream
  • Mixed fruit crunch
  • Thinly sliced fruits

Directions

 

  • Mix half a cup of water to 1 cup of industrial premix without any lumps. Take a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper and transfer the cake batter into it.
  • Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes on the stove in a preheated vessel. Wait till the cake is completely baked and cooled down to a normal temperature.
  • Now cut the cake sponge into equal parts. Place the bottom layer on the cake board. Apply and spread whipped cream on the top. Apply mixed fruit crush on the cream and place a few cut pieces of grapes and spread them uniformly.
  • This will create an even surface for the second layer of the cake. Place the second layer of the cake on the cake, apply whipping cream on the upper layer and crumb coat it.
  • After refrigerating the cake for 30 minutes, completely frost the cake with the remaining whipped cream. Decorate the cake with thinly sliced fruits of your choice.
