About the Recipe
A healthier snack made with sago, barnyard and amaranth flour. Nutritious as well as tasty. Can be pre-made and kept in freezer, fried when needed.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sago
- 1.5 cup barnyard millet
- 3/4th cup amaranth flour
- 1/4th cup roasted peanut powder
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1/4th cup chopped coriander
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 3 boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix all flours and blend. Then sieve it completely. Take one cup and store the rest in an air tight container.
- Grate the boiled potatoes, add the flour, peanut powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, dry mango powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well and make a dough. Do not add water to make the dough.
- Take Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper, place it on our rolling pan and roll the dough into the shape of a thick paratha. Cut the sides and cut into your desired shapes.

- We have made squares. Now remove the snack and deep fry in hot oil. Ecobake is non-sticky and healthy and helps to remove the snack easily from rolling pan. Ecobake is reusable and therefore can be used multiple times.
- Make sure the flame is medium while you fry the snack. Our healthy and tasty snack for fast is ready to eat. You can also store the snack in freezer and fry it when needed.
