Eggless Chocolate Brookies is an easy-to-bake recipe. It requires very less ingredients and is eggless. While baking, use Oddy Ecobake to line the baking tray. It is grease-free, safe, and made from eco-friendly ingredients.

Ingredients
- Butter - 50gms ( approx 1/4th cup)
- Sugar - 110gms (approx 1/3cup), Vanilla essence - 1tsp
- Milk - 1tbsp, Maida - 80gms (approx 1/2cup)
- Cocoa Powder - 10gms, Baking Powder - 1/4tsp
- Choco Chips - 90gms (approx 1/2cup)
- Baking Soda - 1/2tsp, Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Keep the baking tray ready with Oddy Ecobake. Cut it as per tray size and arrange it on the tray.
- Take butter in a mixing bowl. Beat the butter for 2-3 mins. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Beat till the butter color changes.
- It should creamy and light. Grind the sugar into a coarse powder. Don’t fine-grind it. Add the sugar with butter.
- Mix well till its well blended. Add 1 tbsp, milk. 1 tsp vanilla essence. Take maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda together and sieve it and add choco chips.
- Mix it well. Don’t mix very hard. Apply gentle pressure sufficient to get a rough dough-like texture. Now with a vessel or an ice cream scoop, take the batter and place it on the baking tray.
- This way the Brookies will be of uniform size. Dust it with icing sugar. Bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 mins. Once done, allow it to cool for 1 -1.5 hours at room temperature.
