Who does not enjoy a surprise? You must feel a big sense of joy when you make your loved ones gasp in amazement at your surprise. This wedding cake is elegantly designed and constructed of vanilla flavoring to conceal the wedding ring inside. By coating the cake with Oddy Ecobake, which is incredibly practical, food safe, non-sticky, and reusable, the cake may be baked properly spongy.

Ingredients
- Milk-1/2 cup & Vineger-2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar- ½ cup+ 2 tbsp & Sunflower oil-1/4 cup & Vanilla essence- ½ tsp
- All-purpose flour-1 cup & Milk powder-2 tbsp
- Baking powder-1 tsp & Baking soda-1/4 tsp
- Pinch of salt & Chilled whipping cream-1 ¼ cup
- White chocolate compound-50 to 60 g & Sugar syrup
- Pink gel food colour & Purple gel food colour
- Nozzle no.125 & Noor nozzle no.11
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Mix the milk with the vinegar and let it sit for 15 minutes to make butter milk. Add powdered sugar, oil, and vanilla essence to it and whisk well.
- Now add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk well. Add milk gradually to it and mix until a batter of ribbon consistency is formed. Transfer the batter to a baking pan lined with Oddy Ecobake, spread, and tap well.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven. Remove from oven; unmold after cooling. The cake sponge is ready. Beat whipping cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Divide the cake into three layers. Chop the white chocolate and keep aside. Spread whipping cream on the cake board. Soak with sugar syrup and spread cream and chopped white chocolate uniformly on each layer.
- Repeat the process for other layers, too. Frost the cake with cream, and then coat it with cream uniformly. Cover the ring box with cling wrap and set aside.
- Make a cut in the cake to create space for the ring box, and scoop out that portion of cake. Apply whipping cream in that space, place the ring box inside, and close it with a cardboard box wrapped in silver foil.
- Frost the cake with cream and spread it uniformly. Mix cream with purple gel food coloring. Frost the cake with purple cream and smooth using a spatula. Create the pattern on the sides and top as shown.
- Mix purple cream with pink gel food coloring to make pink cream. Decorate the cake with a rose as shown made on a cake nail using pink cream filled in a piping bag using nozzle no. 125.
- Decorate with smaller roses as shown using Noor nozzle no.11. Arrange them on the cake as shown. Decorate with green cream as petals. The attractive and delicious engagement surprise cake is ready.
