Fruit Bread Recipe Without Eggs

Make this yummy, soft and spongy eggless fruit bread in bakery style. You need only a handful of ingredients to make this yummy fruit bread. Ecobake makes it easier to get the perfect shape for your bread without it sticking to the cake tin.

Ingredients

 

  • Maida- 2 cups or 300 g approx
  • Active dry yeast- 2 tsp & Sugar- 5 tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp & Warm water- 3/4 cup
  • Tutti frooti- 2 tbsp & Refined Oil- 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
  • Milk for brushing on the dough
  • Butter - 1 tsp for brushing

Directions

 

  • Activate yeast by mixing it with sugar and warm water. Once the yeast is activated, add the other ingredients to it to make the dough.
  • Cover and rest the dough for 1 hour or till it doubles in size. Once the dough has doubled in size, knead it well until it becomes smooth.
  • Take an Ecobake lined bread tin and transfer the dough to it. Bake the dough in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C. Once the bread is completely baked and cooled a bit, cut it into slices.
