Fudgy and Perfect Brownies With Eggs

A baked chocolate treat is called a chocolate brownie. You’ve never tasted brownies this fudgy; each bite is moist and gooey with the ideal crisp crackly top, a super fudgy middle and core. With the help of Ecobake cooking paper, your cake may be perfectly shaped without the use of grease and with minimal additional clean-up.

Ingredients

 

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Unsalted/Salted butter - 110g (1/2cup)
  • 2 eggs & Powder sugar - 3/4cup
  • all-purpose flour – ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder(unsweetened) – ¼ cup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

 

  • Melt butter and dark chocolate in an oven or on the stove top using the double boiler method to prepare chocolate melt.
  • Beat the eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl until they turn frothy. Add chocolate melted to this egg and sugar mixture and beat again.
  • Sieve the dry ingredients like maida and cocoa powder into the bowl and mix everything using the cut and fold method to prepare the batter.
  • Add vanilla essence to the batter and mix well. Transfer the batter to an 8-inch cake mould lined with Ecobake.
  • Bake the brownie for 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven. Once the brownie is baked and cooled, cut it into smaller pieces.
