Hariyaali Chaap Tikka

Soya chunks, soy beans, all-purpose flour, water, and salt are used to make the smooth, chewy soya chaap, which is a twist to soy chunks. It is loaded with proteins and frequently referred to as a meat substitute for vegetarians. Make this soy chaap tikka, which is marinated in a green chutney and is fantastic as an appetizer or a snack for your kids, at home. The soya chaap tikka is prepared in an air fryer basket lined with heat- proof and stick-resistant Oddy Ecobake.

Ingredients

 

  • Soya chaap-6 to 7 & Oil-for frying
  • Coriander leaves & Cashews- 7 to 8
  • Ginger-1 inch & Garlic-6 to 7 cloves
  • Green chilli- 2 to 3 & Curd-1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream or malai-1 tbsp & Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt & Corn flour (optional)
  • Onion rings & Coriander leaves
  • Chaat masala & Lemon juice
  • Butter or cream-1 tbsp & Skewers
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Boil soya chaap in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove the sticks after cooling. Chop them into 1-inch pieces. Fry them in hot oil on a medium flame and take it into a plate.
  • Grind together coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, curd, and fresh cream into a smooth paste.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder to it and mix. Now add fried soya chaap and corn flour to the paste and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat an oven or air fryer for 15-20 minutes. Arrange the marinated soy chaap pieces on skewers. Make perforations on the Oddy Ecobake. Line an air fryer basket with perforated Oddy Ecobake.
  • Place the prepared skewers inside the air fryer basket and fry for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • The crispy, juicy, and delicious soya chaap tikka is ready. Serve it with onion rings, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, and butter on the top. The creamy soya chaap is ready.
