Healthy and hassle-free Roasted Broccoli & Sandwich

This simple, flavourful vegetarian sandwich and rosted broccoli is going to save your game day party or weeknight dinner — promise. Its a quick & easy recipe, using quality and wholesome ingredients. There’s a lot of distinct flavours happening here, so luckily this roasted broccoli sandwich comes together quickly.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 chilly flacks
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets.
  • 1/4 carrot, 1/4 cabbage, 1/4 tomato, 1/4 capcicum
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise

Directions

 

  • Take a kadhai and pre heat add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 chilly flacks, 1/4 salt.
  • Add broccoli cut into pieces and fry into low flame for 2 mins.
  • Take a Ecobake sheet, tray and keep the half fried broccolis and keep it in microwave at 200° celcious for 15min to 20 mins.
  • Take a bowl add all the vegetables finely chopped and mix well with 2 tabs eggless mayonnaise.
  • Take 2 slices of bread and put the veggies in the middle on the sandwich.
  • Take a sheet of Oddy Uniwraps and wrap the sandwich accordingly and serve for a great breakfast with roasted broccoli.
