Healthy Bread Sandwich

About the Recipe

Easy, simple and very less time consuming bread sandwiches. Make them for a healthy breakfast as they don’t take much time and healthy alternatives, you can try them in evening snacks also.

Ingredients

 

  • Bread Slices
  • Potato Stuffing
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced Paneer
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Chaat masala

Directions

 

  • Take a bread slice and spread a layer of tomato ketchup on both of them.
  • Add a layer of stuffing, and spread evenly.
  • Add slices of cucumber, tomato and paneer
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of them,
  • Take another slice of bread and spread some mayonnaise and put it on the tip of another.
  • Layer your sandwich maker using Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking paper and transfer the sandwich as shown in the video
  • Grill for a few mins and your healthy and tasty sandwiches are ready
