Homemade Brown Bread/Atta Bread Recipe | Without Yeast

We all love bread inone form or another, wither in breakfast or making snaks out of it. Atta bread is healhtier than white bread, in this recipe you’ll get to know, how to make fresh and healhty atta bread at home without using yeast or maida in it.
Also, you don’t have to worry if you have no oven.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cup of Wholewheat Flour (Measuring Cup used- 200 ml)
  • 1/2 cup of Fresh Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon of white Sesame or Flex Seeds

Directions

 

  • Add 1/2 cup of fresh curd, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp of sugar along with 4 tbsp of cooking oil into a bowl and mix it properly for a minute using beater.
  • Now add 2 cup of whole wheat flour into the mixture with 2 tsp of baking powder. Now mix it well and keep adding water gradually.
  • Transfer the batter into the cake tin or mold, lined with Ecobake Brown cooking & Baking Paper, so that bread would come out easily without sticking to the tin. Sprinkle some sesame or flex seeds on the batter.
  • Place the tin in Pan or Kadhai, which is preheated for 5 mins on high flame. Bake it for 45 mins on Low medium flames. If you are using oven then make it for 45 mins on 180 degrees.
  • After 45 mins check the bread by inserting a knife or toothpick into it, if it came out clean, it means it is perfectly baked. Now let it cool down.
  • Now take the bread out of tin and remove baking paper. Cut it inot slices and it is ready to use. You can use it in breakfast with butter or jam, or you can make sandwiches etc.
