Homemade 100% Wheat Flour Pizza recipe is very healthy and easy to prepare. No maida and no use of an oven. Prepare at home in a kadhai and top it with loads of veggies and bake in easy-to-use Oddy Brown Ecobake paper. Safe and easy to use while cooking.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lukewarem water, 1.5 tsp sugar & 1.5 tsp yeast
- 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp milk powder & 1 tbsp semolina (rava)
- 3.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup of water & 1 tbsp pizza masala
- 2-3 tsp wheat flour, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp pizza sauce
- For toppings: 1/2 cup pasta cheese mixed with cheedar cheese, 1 cup grated processed cheese, chopped capsicum, tomaies, boiled corn, olives, jalapeno, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese. Optional toppings - onions, brocolli and baby corn.
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup lukewarm water, add to it 1.5 tsp sugar and 1.5 tsp yeast. Mix it well till the sugar dissolves. Now cover it for 10-15 minutes till the yeast is activated and swells up.
- After 15 minutes, in the mixture of activated yeast, add 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp semolina (rava), 1 tbsp pizza masala and 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Mix well.
- Then gradually add 1 cup of water and keep mixing and kneed a soft sticky dough. Again add 1 tsp of olive oil and mix well. Then take 2-3 drops of water and spread it over the dough. Over the sought for 1-1.5 hours for the dough to swell well.
- After 1-1.5 hours, sprinked 2-3 tsp wheat flour and mix well. Then add 1Divide the dough into two parts. Next sprinkle cor tsp olive oil and mix well.
- Next divide th ekneeded flour into two parts depending on the size of the pizza pan. Sprinkle corn flour on the rolling pin. Roll ot pizza base as rund as a bhakari and big as per the pizza baking pan.
- Fold the edges of the dough, prick the base with a fork to prevent it from rising while baking. Cover it with a cloth for half hour for the dough to rise. After half hour, greese the dough with butter. Spread pizza sauce across the pizza base, add pasta cheeeze mixed with cheddar cheese.
- Add topping as per your choice. You can add chopped casicum, tomatoes and boiled corns. Garnish with olives and jalapeno. (onions, brocolli and baby corn is optional toppings), lastly add Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
- Pizza is ready to be baked. Prehead a khadhai and place the pizza pan. Bake the pizza in the khadhai for 40 mins. (5 minutes on low flame and 35 minutes on medium flame. After 40 minutes, the homemade pizza from wheat flour is ready to be served.
